Boiler Design
Boilers are in accordance with international regulations.
The boilers consist basically of :
Boiler regulator
The electric boilers are supplied with an electronic regulating unit for proportional power regulation in 15 or 30 steps.
Based on internal or external control the regulator offers a large number of functions.
Step-time is adjustable between 5 and 120 seconds.
Regulating the temperature
Regulation of a constant outlet temperature with varying output within a proportional area (P-area) of ± 5°C. Rated value setting 20-100°C (120°C).
Limiting the output
A 0-100% limitation of the boiler output is achieved through a fixed setting on the regulator or through presetting a voltage signal of 0-10 V.
Regulating the output
Regulation of the boiler output is in accordance with the available output of the whole system, or the respective main load.
The regulator is controlled by an external output signal which equals 0-10 V or an electric signal of 0-5 A.
Boiler sequence control (Not applicable to 7-step regulator)
Simultaneous operation of up to 4 boilers in a row is achieved by connecting the boiler regulators so that they perform in an automatic order of presedence which will not be impaired if individual boilers are switched off.

Additional functions
These are some of the advantages of the additional equipment suitable for the boiler regulator :
